Check before you travel. You said both children are aged 3 to 5, but the booking has 1 x Child (3 to 15) plus 1 x Under 3. If both kids are actually 3 or older, the under 3 ticket will not let the second child through the scanner. Call YWP on 01302 535057 tonight or first thing tomorrow to swap to a second Child ticket. Take a £24 top up amount, payable on the phone or at the gate.
Entry instructions. One booking level QR code on the next page covers the whole party. Show it on your phone at the Wildlife Park entrance gate inside The Yorkshire Hive, or hold up the printed booklet. Importing to the YWP app or Apple/Google Wallet is optional. Under 3s do not need a barcode.
Mobility scooter. Collect from Guest Services at the Park entrance at 09:45. Bring a card for the security deposit if asked.
Discounted tickets. If any adult ticket was booked at a Senior, Student, Disabled or Care Assistant rate, bring proof (ID, Blue Badge, valid student card). YWP will refuse entry without it.
2. Getting there
Important. The visitor entrance is no longer Warning Tongue Lane (DN4 6TB). General visitors are now directed to the new entrance at The Yorkshire Hive, Hurst Lane, Auckley, Doncaster DN9 3QY. Warning Tongue Lane is now a pre booked education group gate only and you cannot enter that way. Use DN9 3QY in the sat nav.

Polar bear keeper talk and feed. Usually mid morning and mid afternoon.
Lion keeper talk. Once daily, often around midday.
Tiger keeper talk. Once daily.
Meerkat feed. Mid morning.
Giraffe feed and African Plains talk. Mid afternoon.
Painted dog feed. Late afternoon.

10. Halal food note
The in park outlets do not advertise any halal certified menus and the meat at Monkey Burger Bar, Tsavo Bakehouse, and Safari Cafe is not halal. Vegetarian options (pizza slices, cheese sandwiches, ice cream, snack pasties without meat) are widely available, and outside food is permitted, so a packed halal lunch is the cleanest call. For a hot meal on the journey home, the closest halal friendly options are in central Doncaster, around 15 minutes from the park.
Toros Steakhouse, Doncaster. Turkish grill, family friendly, halal.

Antalya Turkish Restaurant, Doncaster. Mixed grills, kebabs, halal.

Cyrus Persian Restaurant, Doncaster. Persian kebabs and rice, halal.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/search?q=Cyrus+Persian+Restaurant+Doncaster
Imran's, Doncaster. Indian and Pakistani, halal.

Confirm halal status with the restaurant on arrival. Status can change between visits.
